I am dreaming.
Dreaming of my personal history and my personal relationship to my land.
Dreaming we stand against the forced language in a chained land.
An inserted language not of our choice, but imposed by force.
I am dreaming.
We are this vast layout feeling the excruciating pain of borders and bullets cutting through our lives.
This is the structure that surrounds us.
Their language.
Their spelling.
Their dictionary.
Our pain.
Many harsh fingers pressing to delete you.
Their system preferences cuts every dream saved in our memories. They force-paste their voices onto us.
They employ to edit our every speech tool possible.
The voice of Niki, meaning goodness, is mutated in our soil.
I dream of their language trying to cut through our veins.
I press help.
I press to check for updates.
But I can’t open the sites.
I am dreaming.
In pain.
Seeing our world as they have torn it.
Oh,
Voice of the land,
Roar.
Your language is this effective layer.
word it.
Land,
Their language is a law spread over our home.
Our windows.
Our surface.
Our face.
Our soul.
Soil, insert more of your words to save us.
Their language spoils Pardis, meaning Paradise.
Facing this monumental monster we witness how they deconstruct our form.
I want to take a breath,
A breath of truth.
But I can’t.
Yet I open my mouth that suddenly fonts begin to fall out on the ground I stand on.
I want to look through the monitor of my soul but my eye freezes.
I want to cut their virus from the hard drive of my land.
But I have no hands to call my own.
No home to call my dream.
In the middle of this fight are the remains of a dream,
Burning our every wire to life.
Dreaming, I stand amid in the remains of my past.
That,
They insert us into their chamber of Godless darkness as I hear them whisper this is Goodness.
Then they begin to break the external hard drive of our thoughts.
Dreaming, I see language as the most integral part of us.
In my dream I see how language has no tongue to speak the voice of my world.
Dreaming,
I hear their language,
Taking away our visual presentations and the lands.
What a landscape.
Invaded by force.
I hear a voice chanting.
The voice of the land is chanting.
Chanting,
Why is there no one singing in this land?
Why are my external elements decaying like that?
I want to reply,
Years ago, you see, singing became banned on your soil.
Voice banned.
Dance banned.
Movement banned.
Ink banned.
Body banned.
Freedom was taken hostage long time ago.
But how can I reply.
I am dreaming.
My sound escapes me.
My voice void’s me.
Gone.
Dispersed.
Forced to take refuge.
But where?
This silence is my language.
This silence is my dream.
This silence is my scream.
To you.
To me.
To my father.
To every mutant culture.
I am dreaming.
Me surrounded by invisibles like me.
I am dreaming.
Voice-less.
Word-less.
Page-less.
Pen-less.
Dreaming I hear a voice ask,
Are we collectively voided or a voice?”

Happy New Year!
11-04-08 was historic.
He offered a simple new way, words of peace uttered, still - no doubt some will only see by sight and not by faith.
America now has a new leader named Barack Obama, yet- he also stands on the foundational legacy of [our] fathers, their tears, and multicultural blood. The term begins with [We] and it is a collective of lives, Yes We Can ...offers statements of action, for thought and purpose.
But we must work as one race, as a team we can rebuild upon the dream 40 plus years since it was first spoken by a King, who died so we would know the civil history of rights. Now, lets go tell it on the mountain. Give freedom its honor and ring of justice.
Liberty for all sounds so easy, but - I can now say in my life I've seen the effect and affects of positive change, but that also began only with hope.
America is a country that many still don't fully understand. Much of that is due to the tide that has shifted; waves crashed, hues collide; wonderful blue, red, and white..true, new spirits have pushed hope in to a new day.
America, is what it is. A land of freedom, it is my beloved home.
Yet one thing stands, the race has been won; not for one man, but the race for sustainable global land, and its release towards peace.
For some, it could be hard to see the joy that a new day will bring; yet, to offer one thought...let go of yesterday, its time to move on the inclusive trek, when we move you move, when we smile, you smile. How simple...
Thank you.

What happened to a point of trust and honesty; which votes will be cast because America and the world would be better served?
What is true honor... And who can answer that question?
This election seems like a whole lot of spin and counter spin, all laced with pure emotion; it has become sickly sweet. This is not Coke, Nike, or Ford seeking a better brand position. I read and hear people speak so freely about war, how Iraq needed to be attacked.
Partisan wars cause death...
America has a long history of both peaceful actions, and a tragic legacy of waging war. I wonder how many people consider the impact on the troops. There are Vets still in mental wards from the conflict in Southeast Asia, families still torn - still broken 30plus years later.
Clearly, that can't be about votes.
I wonder how many have seen the horrific conditions of combat, kids with missing limbs...write a fancy post to that, and also make it wrapped in emotions and not facts!
Experience teaches the Oval Office is no joke. Nor, is it a place to reflect upon a war served years ago, a glance to valor. This is 2008, time for a new era. People can't vote for McCain because he is old, and some will not vote for Obama because of his race, they say Palin is too attractive, Hillary was too tough and dressed in pants suits...give me a break.
This is not some silly reality television show; it is real life, yea - real blood. We are at the crossroad, and that not about oil, partisan politics, or strategic land. It is more aligned with the "notion of sustaining peace"
Today, we banter about experience. I hope to God, that this election will usher in a new change for peace. People post [opinions] about the troops not voting for this person or that party, how do you know...?
Heck, I say view a war and stand so close to the edge where [you] can smell the fear of troops on both sides...this election is not a joke, or related to branding spin.
The wrong tactics will kill and break lives, both here in this Great Americana, and in more remote parts of the globe. If we want peace, economic freedom, educational freedoms for America's future...the children - then as adults could we take a real stand for peace. Lets support the one that runs for office under the branded advertising for global security. Show me the red, white and blue flag of justice for all.
Darn, folks wave the flag so easy...I have dear friends from Iraq and Iran; they bleed just like Americans. Lets reason for peace, can we put partisan emotions away...?
And, what Brand are we exporting around the world, 9/11...?
Over 100,000 people in Iraq have died, how many died with a gun in their hands...?
If Americans are so smart, so rich in spirit, lets us share that prosperity in love.
I'm saddened... Obama, and McCain are spending 100s of Millions of dollars on advertising their election efforts; combined election cost will be over a Billion green backs. While, kids have limited education, folks sleep in the streets, banks are closing and on and on....and war continues to rage hot and out of control.
Now, wave Old Glory to that... I dare you.
As the story goes:
When George Carlin's wife Brenda passed away in 1997, George did not work for a year following the death of his wife. He wrote the following piece in her memory.
By George Carlin
The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider freeways, but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less; we buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time.
We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness. We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh to o little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom.
We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often. We've learned how to make a living, but not a life. We've added years to life not life to years. We've been all the way to the moon
and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbor. We conquered outer space but not inner space.
We've done larger things, but not better things. We've cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. We've conquered the atom, but not our prejudice. We write more, but learn less. We plan more, but accomplish less. We've learned to rush, but not to wait. We build more computers to hold more information, to produce more copies than ever, but we communicate less and less.
These are the times of fast foods and slow digestion, big men and small character, steep
profits and shallow relationships. These are the days of two incomes but more divorce, fancier houses, but broken homes. These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throwaway morality, one night stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to quiet, to kill.
It is a time when there is much in the showroom window and nothing in the stockroom. A time when technology can bring this letter to you, and a time when you can choose either to share this insight, or to just hit delete.
Remember; spend some time with your loved ones, because they are not going to be around
forever.
Remember, say a kind word to someone who looks up to you in awe, because that little person
soon will grow up and leave your side.
Remember, to give a warm hug to the one next to you, because that is the only treasure you can give with your heart and it doesn't cost a cent.
Remember, to say, "I love you" to your partner and your loved ones, but most of
all, mean it. A kiss and an embrace will mend hurt when it comes from deep inside of you.
Remember to hold hands and cherish the moment for someday that person will not be there
again. Give time to love, give time to speak, and give time to share the precious thoughts in your mind.
I recall as a very young child, watching my father and uncles chat about life in America. The war in South East Asia was finally winding down, it was a conflict that could not be won with ease.
On Sunday evenings our house was filled with the scent of great food, and sounds of vocal opinions. With eyes wide open I watched the news, and saw the "Body Counts" roll on the tv screen. As a little kid in 1973-74, I could not figure why so many troops had died, in another land; freedom, liberty or valor?
The other day I was warned by someone to [beware of dispair], and it made me recall the book by Ralph Ellison, "The Invisible Man"
I never heard why one should beware...I only know to see joy is a wonderful thing, and to see pain can cause wonderful things to happen: Positive Change from the suffering.
Well, again these are simply my ideals---but, thanks for reading. And, sharing your ideals.

Today is Memorial Day in America. Not Labor day, or Veteran's Day..but, a day that stands still to honor those that have fallen on the path towards freedom.
Globally, the concept of FREEDOM takes on many different means, all real to those that suffer without that liberty. Yes, we have freedom fighters, freedom of information acts, economic freedom, freedom of choice, freedom of religon, and freedom of speech.
Lots of ways to understand freedom. Its almost confusing.
But, the truth is.. if one person around the Globe is not free, then [we] all are chained to their suffering.
Do wars make us free?
Migrants come to America to find freedom, yet hide their face because they are not at liberty to speak. Hence, my question: what is freedom in 2008, is your freedom, someone's bondage?
Thanks for reading... And love to hear your free thinking!

1) A genuine leader is not a searcher for consensus, but a molder of consensus.
2) Human progress is neither automatic nor inevitable...every step toward the goal of justice requires sacrifice, suffering, and struggle; the tireless exertions and passionate concern of dedicated individuals.
Dr. Martin Luther King

Is there value in Global Peace, and can we move closer toward that Ideal...?
I been thinking about Mr. Jack Yan's thoughts on grass-roots. It has the ability to grow trust and presents the human element of a movement, as it inches toward change, and critical mass.
I may be wrong, but true engagement comes from a community of like users and advocates.
Most recently, I have watched people become supporters of one side or the other, in the US elections... because seems like an early movement. It becomes real, and relational as people see more then one face, one race ... As the country is challenged with concerns of economics.
Has America hit a crossroads, where change [must] happen?
In America, it does seem consumers and voters are starving for a unified grass-roots movement. Turn the mic off, let the people speak + be heard!
Civil Rights was a large grass-roots effort, and, the internet without a doubt will play a very important role in the next era of change, as it also exchanges concepts for truth, ideals and facts. A medium that advocates, advances culture, and builds understanding in diverse households.
That's grass-roots right?
I bet Dr. King had many doubts.
Still, his diverse supporters bonded as a team... and they created huge amounts of cultural change. Often, the fire and passion of an ideal must burn very hot before critical mass forms. And, as in the case of Dr. King, people die as the heat builds. The civil rights movement is not dead however, ... it is finding a new voice that is in context with 2008. Far beyond branding ... And much closer to the foundational truth of a [unified] humanity... Just a thought.
Economics has little effect at that point, no protest marches needed, simply clear ideas that will help sustain society. Wars are easy to create, and some who speak so very freely about conflict and the long march towards war have only watched from a safe distance, a living room. Having documented several conflicts up close...
Here's a simple ideal : its easier to help bridge culture, then watch a bomb fall on a nation of people, and their legacy.
Post-9:11 got all twisted with vivid hopes, and fear.
Then, we forgot the aim point and marched to war, wasted lives, and spent billions of dollars on killing a hidden army.
How can one fight an ideal with a tank?
Still, many speak about peace and good deeds. Truth is light; we may need to [see] the errors of our global legacy. We are not perfect, what is the Ideal...?
It sounds simple, but - look at the pop star Bono, or even Mr. Bill Gates; Christ or Gandhi. All have helped to move ideas from one human to another... grass-roots sounds great in an era of media goliaths.
Ideals are important to share, they set a benchmark of thought, and show the cultural values. As well as, the humor we bring to the table; every grassroots community needs a place to freely express their concerns, and hopes: the big picture dream. Just as every airplane needs a runway.
Are there core global values?
Thanks for sharing.
